BAIRES APARTS Administration Fee

BAIRES APARTS Administration Fee is 10 % of total rent with a minimum charge of U$D 30 and a maximum of U$D 150. This is a one off fee to be paid in cash at check in.

Booking Conditions

Reservations will be confirmed with a 20% reservation deposit by:

  • Western Union. BAIRES APARTS will provide Western Union instructions.

Rental Charges and Deposit

Displayed rates are final prices. The rental price includes electricity, gas, water, cable TV, building fees, city taxes and, if applicable, weekly maid service.

For non-exact periods of time the total cost of the stay will be calculated according to the applicable weekly or monthly rates. For example, if an apartment costs US$ 170/week or US$500/month, a reservation of 17 nights is calculated on the basis of the weekly rate and will cost US$413. A reservation of 40 nights is calculated on the basis of the monthly rate and will cost US$667.

Security Deposit

The Security Deposit is calculated according to the length of the stay.

  • Up to 2 weeks = 1 week deposit
  • Up to 1 month = 2 weeks deposit
  • More than 1 month = 1 month deposit

The rental price, security deposit and registration fee are to be paid in cash, US dollars or Argentine pesos at the time of check-in. For rental periods longer than three months, the guest must pay the first month's rent, last month's rent, security deposit, and registration fee.

The security deposit will be refunded at the time of check-out if the apartment is vacated in perfect condition. The cost to repair any damage caused by the guest will be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost to repair any damage exceeds the amount of the security deposit the difference must be paid by the guest.

Late Check-in, Late Check-out Fees

BAIRES APARTS offers check-in and check-out with no charge from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Check-in and Check-out from Monday to Sunday after 8:00 PM have an extra charge of US$ 15.

Length of stay

The minimum and maximum stay periods are specified for each apartment on the BAIRES APARTS website.
The temporary lease agreement has a beginning and ending date and may not be automatically extended. If a guest wishes to extend, he must notify BAIRES APARTS as soon as possible before the ending date of the current contract.
A new contract will be possible only if the apartment is available for the requested extra period.
The cost of the extended period will be calculated according to the terms and conditions specified in “Rental Charges and Deposit” section, above.

BAIRES APARTS Responsibility

BAIRES APARTS is in the business of matching persons seeking, and property owners offering, short term apartment rentals.

BAIRES APARTS does not accept responsibility for changes made by property owners to the furniture or decoration of any apartment.

The pictures posted on the BAIRES APARTS website do not necessarily represent the present state of any apartment.

If any reserved apartment suffers unexpected significant damage prior to check-in, BAIRES APARTS will make a good faith effort to find an alternative rental. If none can be found the full amount prepaid or deposited will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

If the guests cancelled their reserve, the advance who send by Western Union of a 20% will be a lost one for them, since BAIRES APARTS will not give back of any way the amount of the reserve and will give 10% of the same one to the proprietor by the caused damages.
